Our fondue night was hosted by the lovely Sarah from Switzerland, an amazing spirit and great cook. The fondue was true to homeland tradition complete with the right flavoured selection of cheeses, wines and delicious home-made breads prepared by Juan, our in-house chef. Dessert consisted of a chocolate fondue with locally made chocolate, organic berries and fruits and with Dulce de Leche from Humus. A beautiful table of people, stimulating conversation and good laughs.
