Locally farmed trout and orange sauce with potato salad is one of our popular dishes in the season. Juan, our in-house chef, prepares special meals every other day at the hostel and pays extra attention to the detail and flavour of these dishes. You can taste his passion for food and experience the detail in the presentation. A hearty home-made meal prepared with local produce gives you a good idea of the selection of wonderful food avaible in the region.
